large spacious rooms, secure entry system, prime transport access
It would be nice to have curtains that actually block out the blinding lights!!! A second key card should not feel like a demand!!! Noise from surrounding areas can make it hard to unwind after a day out.

The cozy atmosphere and modernized bathroom were delightful, while the bustling pub below added character to my stay. It was reassuring to have a lift for easy access between floors.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Sydney.
The shower had a persistent leak, which made the bathroom floor consistently wet, indicating a need for better maintenance.

i was utterly shocked when i encountered a rude staff member and had to deal with noise from the street and guests. also, with the rate i paid, i expected at least an iron and ironing board to ensure my clothes looked presentable. i almost gave a decent review, but alas, i just couldn’t. how disappointing!

The hotel offered a surprisingly cozy atmosphere.
Finding the entrance to the hotel was a nightmare. There was no staff available when we arrived, leading me to wander aimlessly, adding unnecessary stress to my stay. Moreover, the room itself was incredibly basic, with a window blocked by a metal panel, which made the already small space feel claustrophobic. For nearly $200 a night, I expected significantly more than the lack of a microwave or toaster in the room!

I stayed in the Standard Double Room as a solo traveler for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious with charming old furniture. I enjoyed the good ensuite, and surprisingly, it was pretty quiet, even though the bar was below. It felt nice to have that much space and decor in a city hotel. Just wish there weren't a couple of floodlights outside that lit the room up at night.

I appreciated the quiet AC system, which allowed for peaceful nights. Free Wi-Fi worked excellently, enhancing my overall experience.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing to find on arrival.

Families looking for fun
The check in was smooth, the bar guy was really nice and explained everything well. The location is perfect for exploring, just a quick walk to central, and we even caught an Uber to the airport for $45.
It wasn’t cheap by any means but still acceptable.
